What has Chato done to make sure he will be a "top" when anarchy topples the current regime?1) stockpile automatic and semi-automatic guns and hoards of ammo? 2) have secret stashes of foreign currency, gold, platinum, palladium, silver, diamonds? 3) stockpile hard liquor, cigarettes, and medications? 4) buy some land and a cabin in a "safe" undisclosed location? Noooooo. Chato probably lives in a rat-infested appartment in an area not much different than New Orleans. Most likely when disaster hits, he will either be quickly killed or find himself living in the equivilent of a government sess-pool like the SuperDome, until he gets caught robbing the hotdog street vendor, or someone gives him a handout to upgrade to a rented single-wide trailor.
