And here's an old Texan Chicken Recipe:
Recipe - prep chicken with favorite seasonings, drink 1/2 favorite 16 oz beer in can, put 1/4 stick of butter in the beer, 3 tablespoons of Worchester sauce in the beer plus your favorite seasoning - cajin, bar-b-que or whatever, stick the beer can up the bird's butt, cook until done over grill or in smoker, usually 2-3 hours. Wonderful!!!
