DIRTY BOMBS & DIRTY BUMS

The disgraceful Australian Government of John-I-am-not-a-Treasurer-Howard overrides the nation’s judicial system in an attempt to incriminate Indian-born, Gold Coast doctor Mohamed Haneef, baselessly branding him a terrorist for apparently leaving behind a useless sim card later found on cousins suspected of involvement in last month's bungled crimes in London and Glasgow, when he returned from a British holiday a year ago. Consider a similar scandal unravelling in Amerika under the rogue Bush regime’s slow poisoning of democracy, rule of law and the fly-blown U.S. Constitution.

Does the name Padilla ring a bell?

He is not the messsiah, he is a war criminal

As Australians prepare to remove the cruel, vindictive and pathological John W. Howard from office after 11 years of relentless fear-mongering, war-mongering and deceit, Americans still have some 14 months of the destructive reign of George W. Bush to go.

How much more damage can this glib religious crackpot do before being removed from the White House? Just look at the damage done to date.

Goebbels Would be Proud

While the cost of the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan - and the so-called "war on terrorism " - has blown out to about half a billion dollars a day, the powerless and corrupt Iraqi government plans to cut back on food rationing on which millions of Iraqis rely on to survive. Why? Because of “insufficient funds and spiralling inflation.” With 43 percent of Iraqis suffering from absolute poverty and over half the population unemployed, the decision will affect nearly 10 million people. In other words, Saddam Hussein was better able to feed Iraqis than the US occupation forces or the "Greenzone" government of Iraq.

And in the US? Creeping fascism barely raises an eyebrow in the land of the free, home of the brave, cesspool of crony capitalism.
