Our good mates (and lousy bilateral trading partners) the Yanks have made it plain that no matter what Saddass does or doesn't do, he is dead meat: "regime change" they call it, using the kind of lingo that turns innocent dead men, women and children into "collateral damage".

So, as the UN inspector's continue to do their assigned job, let's follow Presidense Bush's twisted "logic":

If Saddass doesn't "disarm", the Yanks will invade and destroy him and his government.

If Saddass does disarm, the Yanks will invade and destroy him and his government...

So... if you were Saddass, wouldn't you be saving your best shot for your inevitable last stand? After all, what have you got left to lose?

For all you people who are quick to judge and make grand sweeping remarks about entire nations allow me to remind you that you are wasting your time recommending that we don't slaughter innocents to solve our problems. None of us have ever done so. There are two kinds of people I can't abide: people who are intolerant of other nationalities (even Americans) and the Dutch! The only innocence I have slaugthered is my own. I have never owned a weapon. I have never hit ...shit I did smack a couple around here and there in my youth but I got hit too and they were Dutch anyway.
