SYDNEY ON A KNIFEDGE: ARE TERRORISTS BEHIND THE RIOTS?

Today Sydney is a city gripped by fear. The rampaging mobs that have run wild all weekend have attacked the very foundations of the Australian way of life: the right to go to the beach; and the right to wave the Aussie flag whenever and wherever you like.

But why is this violence happening? Who are the people who hate our way of life so much that they want to destroy it?

Well I think the answer is very clear: they are the terrorists!
Crazed Muslim extremists. They saw those near-naked Christian nymphettes on the beach and it drove them crazy. They hate our freedoms remember!

How long before they start the looting and pillaging?

All Australians must stand tall, unite and say, PM Howard save us!

You saved us from the Afghani terrorists.

You saved us from the Iraqi terrorists.

Now save us from the “Australian” ones!

    Up to 150 police officers were drafted in to cope with the 5,000-strong crowd, many of whom roamed the beach and side streets in vigilante fashion.

    Two girls of Middle Eastern appearance were pushed to the ground and pelted with bottles as police tried to rescue them.

    The Prime Minister has successfully played the racist card on a regular basis over the years - refugees, Tampa, terrorism, etc.. - and it's a matter of record that he opposes multiculturalism (for lack of a better word. Fortunately, Australia is and always will be a nation of immigrants, and nothing that a mob of ignorant, drunken, flag-waving yobs do will change that.
