So I tried the shit diet; here are some points of interest:

1. It is cheap. In fact I had to purchase hardly any food as I was 're-cycling' practically everything I was eating...
2. Halitosis. Yes, it is a problem.
3. You needed a good brushing of the teeth after each meal. It didn't really help your bad breath but did keep the teeth clean.
4. I only ate with the left hand.

And weight loss? Well I was a 100kg fatty, now I am a svelte 55kg. So it was all worth it.

I ate shit once. Comes with lettuce, cheese, pickled onions and spongy bun.
