Woman photographer pushed to ground (APEC)

Did anyone see that footage of the woman who was pushed to the ground today? The cop(s) that pushed her just stood there while she fell on her back with her camera's flying around all over the place. The other people there helped her up and were stunned. The cops are out of control cos the woman was not saying or doing anything there other than taking photos.

I would have liked to put my finger into the eye of the cop that did that and scooped out part of his brain.

Cunts.

In another incident, international photographer Paula Bronstein was pushed on to a concrete pathway by police when trying to photograph an arrest.

About what? I cant recall thinking anything he said made any sense to people living in the 21st century.

As for Paula Bronstein, I think the massive company she does work for, Getty Images, will sue the fuckin shit out of the someone in Australia responsible. Getty Images alone turned over AU$1 billion last year so they are not people you want to fight in court.

The image of Paula being pushed like that alone (besides the fence) will just add to the reputation Australia has now of being a once laid-back, she'll be right nation, to one that hates foreigners ( Cronulla riots) and aggro cops with no respect.
We are really fucked if we underestimate the value of these images on the global news. I hope that if John Howard gets elected for another term, he shoves his proverbial cock much further up the arseholes of the Australian people, so that they become immobile and have to bend forward just to get enough air to plead with him to stop. The Australian electorate deserve nothing less painful than that for thinking that their bank accounts are the most important issue in this country.

Most people think they live is a democracy without realising that its simly a version of democracy, whittled down to suit the selfish needs of the corporate elites who control governments throughout the world. 9/11 was a godsend for these sociopathetic maggots... as it was for OTHER terrorists, like Osama Bin laden & co.

Ron, it is land-price that Aussies love. They would kill their own kind over land-price. Great Ponzi-schemes are built and collapse because of that desperate love.
BTW, there is nothing special or wonderful about foreigners - we are all foreigners somwhere or other. Of course, non-core John wants to make us all unwelcome (unless we are rich!)

von mises, - ok,, yeah, "land price" is more accurate and a low interest rate promise is an instant advantage....as we have seen before. ...but it can be said in general that aussies voted with their back pocket in the last few elections.
Howard apologised to the electorate for scaring them with workchoices today and is putting policies in place to sooth their fears and claw his way back to some degree of likability.
I will bet you $1,000.00 right now that he says that there is no difference between his policies and Rudds, now that the IR laws are more palatable and he has set up watchdogs etc.. and that there is no one issue that should sway people to vote Labor.

I might look dumb but I have his modus operandi sussed now. I can predict to great accuracy his thought process because I understand that John Howard uses Hegelain dialectics. This is a completely air-tight explanation for how his mind ticks and his reasoning for decisions. Its so obvious.

I suggest that anyone who considers themselves a local to an area should be deported or exterminated. Only new immigrants and tourists should be spared. And when the new immigrants start laying claims and carping on about the place being their homeland the same should apply. Keep things fresh.
