EMBARRASSED AUSSIE PM HOWARD TELLS PARLIAMENT: "I DIDN'T HEAR QUESTION"

70 year old Australian Prime Minister John Howard had to return to Parliament yesterday to correct an answer he gave in response to a question from opposition leader Kevin Rudd on climate change. The aging PM had earlier stated that the "jury was out" on the question of human contribution to planetary warming.

However, Howard returned to Parliament a few hours later to correct himself, saying he had misheard the original question and that he agreed that climate change was caused by man.

His reason for mishearing the question?
"My wife forgot to put new batteries into my hearing aid."

Here is my offer: bring the insane little tyrant to me, and I shall introduce him to my good friend, Mister Sharpened Stake.
Deaf and hearing ones alike, all are equal on his spike.

No, she forgot to put new batteries into HIM! He is just a grotesque little DEVIL DOLL who was left switched onto "EVIL".
This is what happens when you vote for the DURACELL bunny, instead of a human being.

Anyone willing to give the old bugger a rather robust anal probe of the sort beloved by U.S. forces?

I cannot but agree to the Nth degree - "So that famous "government relations consultant", Richard Farmer, thinks the Prime Minister deserves an apology from Messrs Burke and Thompson for their gross insensitivity. Well, Richard your audience is intelligent and is well educated, but we are not a little drunk. Perhaps just a little merry – laughing at you and John Howard as you stumble toward retirement, deaf to the laughter and the squeaky voice and spittle on the lips. The audience thinks you protest too much!" Laugh? I nearly wet myself, over and over and over!!!!!!!!!!!
