I have just passed my ninety-ninth birthday,
and the money I planned to spend on sex,
drugs and rock 'n roll would be better
invested in a long fixed-term account,
according to Peter Costello.
John Howard and Peter Costello have
impressed me so much with their rosy
predictions of great future prosperity, that
I now only have to decide between two
investment options - should I lock-up the
money in a twenty year fixed-term, or should
I go for a thirty year option to get another
one half of a percent interest on my money.
I have always voted Liberal since John
Howard was touched by God, and my friends
consider me to be a very smart old cookie!
