Although Freemasons believe in God, for the most part, their organization has no real religious focal point. The premise of this organization is a good one - basically blind loyalty to members and promotion of members above all else will ultimately permit you to rise the ranks of humanity. So, if you are just an ordinary person who would like to elevate yourself, and others loyal to the brootherhood, over the ranks of other ordinary men, then join. The Lord will neither bless you or frown upon you for your service to Fremasonry. It is a seperate pact.
