Why dont our 70 year old PM and his wife Hyacinth adopt Prince Harry. It will solve 2 problems at once:
1. Removes him from Windsor family spotlight; and
2. If he is a Prince and is the son of the 70 year old PM then by definition Howard must be a King (and that bitch-wife Queen).
