Aging Australian PM John Howard addressed Parliament today in response to Australia’s latest record current account figures.
He told the assembled members that he was proud to be the leader of a government that has enabled more Australians to borrow more than ever before.
“We have worked hard to ensure that people have had to borrow to get a university education, and have had to borrow more for their housing then ever before,” stated the 70 year old PM.
“And I know that all Australians are grateful to me for this because they keep on electing me leader,” said the four times winner.
As to the question on how they will pay of all this money back he said it didn’t concern him because he would be dead before it was a problem.
